Quiet at Home

The guests have gone (for now). Home is quiet again. Routine. Happy routine. And cleaning up. And cleanup up after the cat spewed up on the table. Happy times.

On Monday, I bought a powered pole saw, which is just a pole saw with a chainsaw blade on the end. So year, it's a powered pole arm. It worked wonders, hacking away at the neighbor's tree branches which were problematic. (That mulberry tree really needs a proper pruning.) After bringing down a forest worth of branches, I hacked them up, producing quite the pile of debris. By the time that I wore out, I made it through about 3/4 of the branches. (Mitre saws kill branches fast.) There's still more to go, but I'll get there.

And I ache today. Oh, I ache.
