Shakespeare

Hamlet turned out rather well. I have not been to the amplitheatre on 16th street before, but I was rather surprised at its size.

I met up with Jen down at Farrugut West. We hopped on the S4 up 16th's street, and eventually came to the amplitheatre. We picnicnicked with all the folks on the lawn, then lined up to get in.

In Hamlet, I was most pleased with Polonious and the Gravediggers. Their deliver of comedic material was astounding. Their timing and pacing worked very well. The director's use of physical movement, through the whole play, really helped bring an energy to the story.

With the rain, I've gotten a little more water in the basement. Not much.
