More on Ford

There's a few more notes about the Ford Five Hundred.

First, the resale value for this car is $3-4 lower than a comparable Subaru of the same age. That tells me a great deal, mostly that it's a less reliable car past a certain age.

Second, the thing apparently costs more to fix than my Subaru.

Third, the car is actually built on a truck frame, so it's a "truck." Weird but true.

At this point, I  may hold onto my wagon as it may prove more reliable in the long run.

I must remember to have Father-in-Law take the car for any warranty work before we get it. I don't know what the change of owners will do to the warranty.
