Garden Planning

It's the middle of January and we are garden planning. More specifically, we are preparing for the war against the groundhog. We will construct an impregnable line of fencing around the perimeter of the garden, not only against groundhogs, but also against baby bunnies.

My proposal for robotic turrets was nixed.

I've been planning, too. :>

So far, one (1) packet of seeds I'd ordered has arrived. (Woodruff; shade-loving, pretty, aromatic.) Another has been packed and shipped, but not here yet.

We have many fewer groundhogs/bunnies than DEER. The deer are ubiquitous. They're one reason I'll be growing the greens in our teeny plastic greenhouse in flats instead of the ground this spring. I expect to have to put nets all over the blueberry bushes I'm putting in.
