Guitar Quartet

Jen and I went to see a classical guitar quartet at the Dumbarton concert series. This was the 2nd half of her birthday present. She enjoyed it greatly. I found it very interesting, but the people in front of me did not like my between-numbers comments. Despite their technical prowess, classical players just can't lay down a beat. So while I was impressed, some of the music was just lost on me.

To me, classical does not mean best or better. Classical just means classical.

I got some of the basement carpet off to the dump today. Hopefully, I will get more out tomorrow.
