We've settled on the HVAC plan. Thanks, Jenny, for conquering the numbers. (Well, at least talking them into letting you go without harm.) 

Heat Pump + Backup Furnace + Solar Panels + Insulation + Duct Work = $oh-my-God

There you go. That's where all our money is going.
