Action on the bathroom has begun. We will refurb the pink bathroom. Let's hope that everything goes quickly, which it never does.

We're close to a decision on the new HVAC system. The basic question of gas or heat pump remains in play.

We are now on the ramp to creating Miss Dash's 6th birthday party. Lots and lots of cleanup to be done.
