I have Brigadooned. I arrived 1/2 hour early and they were SOLD OUT. It was then that fortune struck: the people ahead of me had an extra ticket. Whohoo. $10 changed hands and so I made it in the door.

What is it with me and sold out shows recently?

I found the performance a bit lack-luster. The two American has poorish speaking voices. The wise-cracker rattled his lines off with little comedic timing. The singing American had a wonderful voice.

I saw Renee, the dancer, there. She knew my face but couldn't place me. Not a surprise to me. Not surprisingly, she bought the Big House. News to me.
