Up and Offered

We go the house listed and we've already got an offer from a neighbor.

To be honest, the neighbors have been circling like buzzards. There aren't any houses for sale in the neighborhood. If a relative wants to move in, they need a house.

So, what does that mean? That means nothin, 'cause nothin means nothin until there's a paper signing party. Not surprisingly, the neighbors wound up offering exactly what I thought the house was worth. To determine house worth, the equations is

(# of bedrooms) + (# of bathrooms) = Worth.

Exact conditions might push you up or down, but beyond $10,000 that gets kinda hard.

Anyhow, an offer isn't an offer until somebody puts up money.
