Her Own Computer

Hers Truly got a portable DVD player from my mom. It's now her own "computer," and she chooses it over other screens. She also loves using my retro-green headphones.

The advantages of this arrangement is that I get my computer back, and I get a little writing time in the evening as she watches. The problem is that I don't hear when the video breaks are. That makes breaking video time a little harder.

Hers Truly's willfulness is rocketing through the roof. She is definitely getting harder to handle.
