I was a sicko the last few days. Stuff my sinuses full of gunk and call me pathetic. The first night was hard. Blah. I must have been throwing off lots of heat that first night as the cat wouldn't leave the warmest thing in the house.

The novel passed 80k and I'm still revising. I'll put the top end at 85k. I'm getting back to the end and I have that mess to clean up. After that, I'll let it lie fallow, then start slicing.

I finally finished up All The King's Men. It's a good read. I highly recommend it.

I've been goofing off with getting Dungeons & Dragons Online running under Wine. It ought to be straightforward, but it ain't. It's the "make it run under wine", whose reward is a working game. Life would be so much easier if I just installed Windows, but that means that I would just play more games. This way, I have to work at it to play them.

Thinking of games, I'm already a little tired of Anarchy Online. Run around, get drops, sell stuff. Yeah, I know all about that. I'm still a little burned on that play style, which is good.
