The daughter woke up way, way early this morning. I would like to thank Jenny for Operation Distract-A-Toddler, which gave me my writing time this morning.

My daughter eats coffee beans like candy.

My latest audiobook was The Indiscretions of Archie. Not for me. I enjoy that type of comedy somewhat, but this was just not what I wanted at all.

The weekend went along well enough. I did manage to mow the lawn between deluges. The anniversary picnic is still on-hold. I did manage to find a new floor lamp for the living room after 2 years of no-lamp. $7. Went to the used library-book store and found a small stack of books for Hers Truly. Cleaning, of course. We also purged out books that Hers Truly no longer reads or has simply out-grown, and a few we have simply out-grown.

I have watched this video about forty times now. Hers Truly has glommed onto the "BIG HAT". Fortunately, I am rather fond of this little dance number.
