I'm looking to publish something small through RPG now. They aren't too terrible. They do require you to spend $40 and download a few informational titles. I figure, they are guaranteeing a little profit and creating an affordable barrier to entry. (It's enough to keep out the riff-raff.)

The good thing is, as I think of stuff, anything that I seel via this method is all free and clear once I pay off the initial investment.

It is a little annoying, insofar as they only do $100 transfers at a time (which is not necessary in the electronic world), and only send check or paypal.
