I KICKED ASS.
9/10 of that was entirely due to better framing and angle on my part.
I won't be too hard on her, though. She does great portrait work when she has time to arrange her shots. In a dynamic situation, though, she has the bad habit of centering the frame on the face. (Almost all amateurs do this, as that's the way that your eye works.)
