Damned Sniper

I was lucky this morning. The dragnet that closed my part of the county only made me 1/2 hour late. Many other's weren't so lucky. We're talking 2.5 hours of delay.

Can't the sniper go and play in someone else's neighborhood? Maybe we can send him to Iraq.
