Playing Politics

Once again, politicians are accusing each other of playing politics, and trying to score political points. NO DUH.

That's like saying, "Baseball playears are playing baseball, and trying to score runs from our errors."

Politicians play politics. That's what politics is. That's the way that the game is played. One party will always seek to score on the other party because their fans (constituants) *WANT* to see them playing.

So, in reality, all is right with the world. It's back to politics as normal, which is a very good things.

(And this is a good thing. We always need an opposition party that can keep the other party awake and aware. We've had too little of this during the Bush era. Democracy suffers for "yes men", and thrives with contention.)
