The Seven Habits of Highly Ineffecting (at selling oodles of books) People

So, Russell Blake wrote an blog post on The Seven Habits of Highly Ineffective People. He updated his blog post to define effective as "selling oodles of books." Russell is a blunt force in terms of handing you anything, so I take his no-padding style with no animosity.
