Macbeth the Usurper

Gastro Update

I went to the Doc today to get the results of the pill camera test.

Right now, he is leaning towards "Crohn's Disease" based on mass of evidence, albiet a mild case. He gave me a prescription for Asacol. I also learned that I need to lay off ibuprofin. (I wish I known that three or four months ago!) He used the analogy of high blood pressure: you manage it, and it stays minor.

I'm on my first lifetime meds.

I'm getting old.

Now, I get to look forward to being old and cranky and not taking my meds.

I justs added a new section to the novella.

I was writing entirely story and plot. I had missed a huge element of what made the original D&D: what's out there? Whats' in there? What was missing was that sense of "let's find out;" exploration for exploration's sake; discovery for the thrill of discovery.

I've figured out how to add an opportunity for exploration and discovery, but what they hell do they actually find there? That's a good question. That's a good problem to have.

No Strike

I do not plan to strike tomorrow.

In my humble opinion, the way to sway LJ is through calm and reasonable talk. If folks throw a temper tantrum, which is what this amounts to, its will be identified as a temper tantrum and treated like a temper tantrum.

For those who write eloquently about your problems with LJ, and provide clear explanations, bless you. I do not include you in with the "temper tantrum."
