Macbeth the Usurper

I finally remember to post the details of this book.

Terrible Lizard
The first dinosaur hunters and the birth of a new science
Deborah Cadbury

This is a wonderful book about the trials and tribulations of the scientists who established geology and paleobiology, and why certain things are the way that they are.

One thing we keep saying to ourselves is, "This was 200 year ago, and we're still arguing about the same exact stuff!!!"

Howl's Moving Castle

We popped down to Dupont Circle to see Howl's Moving Castle in Japanese. We were quite pleased. The animation and music (thanks to Joe Hisaishi) are up to par. The story was interesting. I enjoyed the characters, especially Radish Head.

I would really like to write more about it, but I don't want to spoil anyone. That, and I'm not really done taking in this film. I really need to see it a few more times.
