Looks like good news is hounding Jen this month. She's been looking for a real job for ever-so-long. A place that she used to work at is tempted to hire her. They've already mentioned money. She might have to learn XML. Likewise, a place that she did some side work for is interested in her. This would be an even better place, as it is both a non-profit and in her conflict-resolution field. Not only that, but she'd get to play with databases.

I hope that Santa brings her a living wage for Christmas.
