The Weekend

This weekend consisted of a leaf rakage. Jen came over and helped move those suckers into the street, where the friendly vacuum truck will soon suck them into oblivion.

Those new gutters that I have are working as designed. They have leaf protectors on them. Yay. I don't have to climb a ladder.

On Friday, we went to a diner in Rockville. Pretty diner. The food, well, I will not complement the food. I have had better diner food that this. I will add, though, that they gave us lots to eat. Way lots. We ate dinner on Friday, then lunch, then dinner again. And then I had the leftovers for lunch and dinner on Sunday. Does that strike you was a rediculous amount of food? It does me.

Went to see the next Matrix on Saturday. While there, we ran into Tom and Barb. Then we gabbed afterward. That was a pleasure. There was also the lunar eclipse on Saturday night.

Who here remembers that submission that I did to Wizards Of The Coast? Well, I got my rejection letter back. Yay. I have a rejection letter. I feel like a real author now.
